At Liqsy, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your sleep experience. If Liqsy doesn’t meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be simple and stress-free.

100-Day Return Policy

You have 100 days after receiving your product to request a return—even if you’ve used it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition with all parts included.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@liqsy.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

  • We’ll send you the return shipping cost for approval. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to complete the return.

  • The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund after we receive the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping. Please report the issue to our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus the return shipping cost (if applicable).

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

For exchanges, contact us at support@liqsy.com. After approval, you’ll receive an invoice for return shipping and any price differences. Once we receive and inspect the product, you’ll receive store credit to reorder your preferred item.

Return Denial

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy or are sent outside the eligible return period. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided through our portal will not be accepted.

Order Modification / Cancellation

We work quickly to prepare orders for shipping. You have a 2-hour window to request a cancellation or modification. Contact support@liqsy.com as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
