1. Is my Shopify and Meta data safe with Liqsy?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and EU-hosted databases (Supabase, Frankfurt region). Liqsy only requests read-only access to your stores — we can't change orders, products, or ad campaigns. Your data is never used to train AI models or sold to third parties.
2. Which platforms does Liqsy integrate with?
Shopify (orders, products, refunds, customers), Meta Ads (campaigns, spend, ROAS), and Google Ads (rolling out in beta). Manual expenses, recurring costs, and one-time transactions can be added directly. Aftership and Klaviyo are on the roadmap.
3. How does Liqsy connect to Shopify?
You generate a Shopify Admin API access token (read-only, takes ~60 seconds in your Shopify admin) and paste it once. After our App Store submission, one-click OAuth install will replace this. We never request write permissions.
4. Does Liqsy support multi-currency COGS?
Yes. Enter your costs in any currency (¥, ₺, $, etc.) and Liqsy converts to your store's currency at the exchange rate on each order's date — automatically. Your margin reflects what you actually keep, not just nominal numbers.
5. What happens to my plan after the founding 50 spots fill up?
Founding members keep their plan free for life — that's the deal. Anyone who signs up after the founding period is on the Pro plan (€49/mo) with the same features. Both include a 14-day free trial.
6. Can I export my data anytime?
Anytime. Full CSV export of orders, expenses, transactions, and P&L statements is available from your account settings. We also offer JSON export for accountants. Your data is yours — no lock-in, no hostage situation.

Liqsy is a fully responsive web app — every KPI, chart, and report works perfectly on your phone browser. A dedicated iOS/Android app is on the roadmap for Q3 2026, but most beta users tell us the mobile web works great.
